How long will it take to start care?
Prior Level will be in your home within 48hrs of receiving your doctor’s orders. Sign up here or ask your physician to call us.
How often would I be visited as a patient of Prior Level?
Every recovery plan is individually tailored to the needs of each patient. Our case managers, nurses, and social workers will coordinate with your physician to make sure you have the best care possible.
Which payment sources do you accept?
We take it all. From cash, Medicare, IEHP, and Brand New Day, to a host of other insurances. Please reach out to us with your plan and we will check coverage.
Are you up to date with all the technology?
Yep! Our clinicians chart using all-electronic tools are licensed, and carry bear spray with them.
Do you accept COVID19 positive patients?
Absolutely.
What are your service areas?
Prior Level Home Health is licensed to operate in Riverside County as well as San Bernardino County in the Inland Empire in Southern California. Patients living in any city within these counties are eligible to be served by us (pending approval and admission).
What if I need special therapies?
Our agency employs a host of professional clinicians in most areas of expertise. If your care plan calls for help we do not have on staff, we partner with a wide array of providers in the area to get each patient exactly what they need.
I have a chronic condition instead of an injury or surgery recovery, can you help?
While Prior Level specializes in orthopedic surgery recovery, we accept all patients with any health issue, including those seeking care for chronic conditions.
Do you accept children as patients?
At this time, Prior Level provides services to patients 18 years or older.
Do you reject patients based on personal characteristics?
No, Prior Level Home Health will not discriminate against patients based on class, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, criminal history, etc.
Have your clinicians been vaccinated?
Yep! The overwhelming majority of our staff have been vaccinated against the COVID19 virus and the remaining staff members are actively pursuing their turn.
